What embodiment means to me

In 2019 I was given a diagnosis of Alopecia universalis, and I thought my life in performing and doing my love of pole would forever be different. In many ways I was right, but what happened next was profound. I had to face my identity and begin to unravel the pathways that no longer aligned to my highest good. I began to deepen into the work and see a transformation happen that will forever guide my personal journey. This is a practice of self empowerment.

My practice, which has led to my philosophy, unfolds in 3 parts. Explore your starting point, your initiations, your yes’s and your no’s, to establish your safe space. Empower your practice with introducing new elements, new challenges and new exciting goals. Expand into your magic by arriving in your authenticity and your creative process with ease.

Your body is the container in which the magic sauce gets to come together, and when you pair this with a mindfulness approach to your daily work, the ritual becomes part of who you now are, and the inner radiance shines through boldly and loudly! You are so ready for this, am I right?

SHEENA

I walked in feeling nervous and left feeling fierce. I loved the choreographed dance. It was broken down into really easy to follow steps but by the end it looked amazing and more complicated than it felt. The music is great, the energy is phenomenal and everyone is very kind, supportive, and fun.
